Let’s say I’m making a CRUD application to manage relational data, for example, maybe a school management system, where there are multiple schools -> multiple classes each -> multiple students each.

If there’s only one collection (e.g. only schools), we could simply use a datatable with popup edit forms:

But when it comes to relational data, there has to be a way to view the data, i.e. maybe a view page for each entry that also includes additional information related to the entry in other tables

A page for each entry

In each entry page, there will be data related to the entry in other tables

This didn’t even account for methods to easily modify multiple entries, but already isn’t a very ideal design. I’m wondering if there’s any other way to handle relational data in a CRUD application?

(thanks for any help in advance 😀 )
